Dr. Vigneri was raised in Casper, Wyoming and graduated from Natrona County High School. He received his medical degree at Creighton University Medical School, Omaha, NE. Dr. Vigneri completed OB/GYN residency at St. Francis Hospital, affiliate of the University of Connecticut in Hartford, CT. Dr. Vigneri is a Board Certified OB/GYN and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
He received special recognition for outstanding surgical excellence in minimally invasive surgery.
He also received further specialized training through Intuitive Surgical in DaVinci minimally invasive robotic surgery. Dr. Vigneri offers a full range of OB/GYN services including BioTe horymone therapy and CORE Intima laser therapy for non-invasive vaginal support.
He is married and has three children.
When Dr. Vigneri is not delivering babies or at the hospital, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is an avid fly-fisherman.
With more than 17 years of acute care experience, women's health/OB-GYN has always been Cassie's prime area of interest. In 2012 she became a Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating from the University of Wyoming. She was recently employed through WMC at their Immediate Care clinic at Mesa. Before working as a nurse practitioner, Cassie was a nurse at Wyoming Medical Center for 11 years. She treated patients in several hospital departments including ICU, emergency, telemetry, neurology, surgical, medical and pediatrics. She has also worked as a traveling nurse in California and Hawaii. Cassie is married and has two children. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends and loves to travel.
Dr. Myers is the newest addition to the Women's Health Associates team, joining the practice in 2022 after completion of her OB/GYN residency at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. She was raised in Cody, Wyoming, attended undergraduate at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT and then earned her medical school degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine.
Dr. Myers is excited to have returned to her home state to serve the women of Wyoming. She provides full spectrum women's healthcare and she has special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, both laparoscopic and robotic.
She is married and brought her Kentucky-born husband out west with her to join her in exploring the beautiful west with a lot of hiking and camping trips. When she's not working or enjoying the mountains, Dr. Myers loves to travel, read a good book, and she is a retired athlete who especially loves basketball and volleyball.
